Spana’s. Who Needs ‘Em?

Published by whitelye at 8:35 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

I say “spana” because I feel that this newly crafted word covers more of what a spa covers, I think.  Hey, Shakespeare made up words.  Why can’t I?  Any who, the word takes into account the important factors that make a spa, a spa.  I see spas in malls and I assume you get your feet rubbed, toes picked, and maybe some gunk on your face, but I don’t see exfoliation as a spa treatment.  I exfoliate all the time.  Everyone does, so why pay somebody to do it to you with chemicals and such.  It might just be that I’m a guy or that I lack the funds, inebriation and obligatory cranial intrusion necessary to justify a spa experience, but I figure, if I want to relax, I’ll just find a quite place or take a really hot shower.  That’s like a steam room and that’s the only part of spa I can see as making it worth all that scratch.
